Fishing Lodge or Hotel in Bariloche: Where to Stay?

Your accommodation shapes the rhythm of the trip, from evenings in town to a stay close to the fishing water.

Choosing where to stay is part of planning a fly fishing trip to Patagonia. A hotel in Bariloche and a fishing lodge can both work well, but they create different routines. Our all-inclusive fishing programs can combine guided fishing with either option, along with meals and coordinated transfers.

Staying in Bariloche

A hotel keeps you connected to the city between fishing days. It can be a useful base when you want to combine fishing with time in town or when different members of the group have different interests. The fishing destination is planned around conditions, travel time and your preferences.

Our private day trips include pickup from your accommodation. If you are traveling with a companion who does not fish, discuss which days you would like to share before settling the itinerary.

Choosing a fishing lodge

A lodge places the accommodation itself within the outdoor experience. The location matters: Río Manso Lodge connects naturally with the Manso River and nearby lakes, while a stay at Estancia Arroyo Verde allows us to fish its stretch of the Traful River.

Our all-inclusive arrangements coordinate fishing, accommodation, meals and local airport transfers. The chosen lodge or hotel, room availability and the final itinerary are agreed for your dates; additional activities need their own arrangements.

Comparing lake and river fly fishing can help you decide which setting to prioritize. That choice is worth discussing alongside your accommodation preferences.

You can also add a fishing expedition with camping for part of the journey. Tell our guiding team your preferred setting, number of nights and fishing priorities so we can build a stay around them.
